Senior Services of Island County is holding its annual Summerfest later this month at the M-Bar-C Ranch in Freeland.

The picnic and raffle is from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Thursday, July 21.

All proceeds from the event will go to critical services for Island County senior citizens.

There will be chicken and fixings, a cakewalk, ice cream, horses and ranch fun. Some of the Shifty Sailors will provide entertainment, and there will also be a cash raffle and quilt raffle drawings.

The meal is by donation. The M-Bar-C Ranch is located off of Bush Point Road.
