Langleyites will gather for the Centennial edition of the community portrait following the whale parade on April 20. The parade will march at 1:30 p.m. Those who want to be in the photograph will gather following the parade near the intersection of Anthes Avenue and First Street. Bring babies, kids friends and grandparents. All are welcome.
