New grange gets its charter at Deer Lagoon

Penn Cove Grange No. 1149 received its charter at a special Penn Cove Grange meeting at the Deer Lagoon Grange Hall.

Penn Cove Grange No. 1149 received its charter at a special Penn Cove Grange meeting at the Deer Lagoon Grange Hall.

Presented by Washington State Grange Master June Hendrickson, the charter is signed by National Grange Master Ed Luttrell of Sandy, Ore. and Secretary Judy Sherrod of Knoxville, Tenn. It is also signed by Washington State Master June Hendrickson of Federal Way, and Secretary David Bryant of Spanaway
