Night road work in Clinton next week
Night striping of Highway 525 in Clinton scheduled for this week has been delayed, according to the Washington State Department of Transportation.
Crews will work from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. nightly from Monday, Aug. 11 through Wednesday, Aug. 13. Work crews decided to delay the work so they could spray lane markings and install plastic markers at the same time.
Completing the work in one week is expected to reduce delays for drivers.
