Thursday, March 6

9:10 p.m. — A caller on East Harbor Road reported a deceased beaver on the side of the road.

Friday, March 7

8:15 a.m. — A caller on Brighton Beach Road reported a deceased cow washed up on the beach and was concerned about the smell and health risks.

11:52 a.m. — A caller on Strawbridge Lane reported finding a note inside her house by the front door. Caller says it is like a love note.

3:50 p.m. — A caller on Maxwelton Road at Castle Park says a strange man with a metal detector is in the kids area. Caller said he is “watching the kids more than anything.”

Saturday, March 8

12:10 a.m. — A caller on Maxwelton Road said some kids threw rocks at his car, destroying the window. Caller advised he chased the children to the intersection and they ran into the woods.

1:13 a.m. — Dispatcher received a call from a Ravenscall Road location and heard children saying “hang-up,” sounds of buttons being pushed, and then disconnection. A return call resulted in a child saying “I’m not calling 911, I’m not calling 911.”

9:49 p.m. — A caller on Classic Road reported people just wrecked their car in a ditch. The caller said he doesn’t want any deputies stepping foot in his yard — the emergency is up on the road.

Sunday, March 10

1:01 a.m. — A caller on Wintergreen Drive reported his son is outside howling like a coyote. It’s a problem for tenants in the area. He’s also being a “smart-mouth” in caller’s house. Caller has told him to go back to his trailer and needs police assistance.
