Skagit college accepts students

New student registration for Skagit Valley College winter quarter begins Nov. 15. Interested students can apply and take a placement test at the South Whidbey Center. Appointments for student advising are also available. Registration for returning students began Nov. 5. For more registration information, students can check their “mySvc” account online.
