Parks officials will meet this week to get an update on the district’s comprehensive plan and talk about a camping variance that has been requested for Amateur Radio Field Day.

The board for the South Whidbey Parks & Recreation District meets at 7 p.m. Wednesday, April 20 at parks district headquarters, 5475 Maxwelton Road.

Also on the agenda is public access maintenance agreements with the state Department of Fish and Wildlife, and a renewal of the agreement between the parks district and the Coupeville School District.
