Friday, June 5

8:17 a.m. — A cow was reported on Heggeness Road, north of Linda Lane.

10:08 a.m. —Hypodermic needles were found in the Whidbey Landing parking lot near Columbia Beach in Clinton while a man was sweeping the lot and performing maintenance.

11:33 a.m. — A pair of teenagers were jumping off the dolphin dock near the Clinton Ferry Terminal the day before and were told not to. One was in a kayak and the other was in a row boat about 100 yards away at the beach near the ferry terminal.

5 p.m. — A Fish Road resident said her landlord stole her state checks.

Saturday, June 6

9:25 p.m. — A Spyglass Drive resident reported a man was trying to break into his home by trying to open the glass door. The resident hid.

9:26 p.m. — A pair of explosions were heard from the Maxwelton Beach or Swede Hill area. The first was larger than the second, but nothing was seen.

Sunday, June 8

6:23 a.m. — People were reportedly hitting each other with sticks and a bike at the entrance to the Island County Fairgrounds in Langley for 10 minutes.

Monday, June 8

11:02 a.m. — A man’s chest was run over by his own vehicle on Brainers Road. The man was conscious and breathing.

6:21 p.m. — Some juveniles were smoking marijuana in a driftwood fort at Double Bluff beach.

6:39 p.m. — A customer was reportedly “very intoxicated” at the Clinton Red Apple and was putting candy in his mouth.

8:03 p.m. — A Kittitas ferry passenger was being confrontational. He was a repeat offender and police assistance was requested upon arrival at the Clinton Ferry Terminal.

Tuesday, June 9

3:54 p.m. — An employee at the Goose Community Grocer was punched in the eye while working by the man.
