SOUTH WHIDBEY SHERIFF’S REPORT | Used condoms, a trespasser stuck in the mud, and goat concerns

The following items are 9-1-1 calls to the Island County Sheriff’s Office, south precinct. Friday, Feb. 21 7:16 p.m. — A caller on Goodell Road reported finding four used condoms in the woods near her property over the last few months. Sunday, Feb. 23 8:20 p.m. — A caller on Forest Knoll Lane reported a trespasser drove down their driveway and is now stuck in the mud.

Friday, Feb. 21

7:16 p.m. — A caller on Goodell Road reported finding four used condoms in the woods near her property over the last few months.

Sunday, Feb. 23

8:20 p.m. — A caller on Forest Knoll Lane reported a trespasser drove down their driveway and is now stuck in the mud.

Monday, Feb. 24

1:08 p.m. — A caller on Cuthbert Drive reported his neighbors have hacked in to his phone line and that they’re on it right now preventing him from making calls.

5:06 p.m. — A caller on East Harbor Road reported two goats  tied up outside for two days with no shelter and no signs of water.

Tuesday, Feb. 25

12:11 p.m. — A caller on Big Cedar Lane reported a 17-year-old male with an axe is threatening the caller’s father.

5:14 p.m. — A caller on Highway 525 in Clinton said a subject across from Dairy Queen has a 55-gallon drum with fire burning inside. Caller says the subject is out there now stuffing more things into the burn.

Wednesday, Feb. 26

12:21 a.m. — A Seattle Times delivery driver at the Clinton Ferry Terminal reported an ongoing problem with another motorist. The other driver has yelled/cussed at her in the past, but this time threw something at her window.
