Daniel Campbell Sandri and Kelly Jo Easley, M.D. were married in historic Grand River Chapel in Liberty, Mo. on Dec. 21, 2012.

A wedding reception for Dan and Kelly will be held May 4 in Liberty, Mo. A Whidbey Island reception will be held later this summer.

The couple met at Philmont Boy Scout Ranch in New Mexico in 2010, where he was director of climbing and COPE courses. She was completing one of her medical internships.

Sandri is a 2003 graduate of South Whidbey High School and a 2009 graduate of Washington State University. His parents, Kevin and Susan Sandri, and grandfather Bruce Campbell are residents of South Whidbey. The groom works in haz-mat/shipping control for a contractor to Bayer Industries in Kansas City, Mo.

Easley is from Excelsior Springs, Mo. She graduated from William Jewell College and the University of Kansas Medical School. She is completing her residency at Bess Truman Hospital in Lee’s Summit, Mo., where the couple resides.
