The Baby Island-Saratoga Club’s Spring Tea is 1 to 3 p.m. Saturday, April 16 in the clubhouse at 3616 Saratoga Road (near the crossroads of Amble/Fox Spit roads).

The Men in Black (aprons, that is) will again be ready to serve guests scones, tea sandwiches, fruit, and a selection of desserts.

The speaker will be a local garden expert who will demonstrate the art of arranging plants in several types of planters. There will also be a raffle for many gift baskets.

The tea is BISC’s annual fundraiser to raise money for scholarships for local high school seniors. Tickets are $20, and reservations may be made by calling 360-730-1654 or 360-730-1047.
