Surveys show need for common hours in Langley

A survey of customers and visitors at several Langley shops showed walking by, word of mouth and repeat customers were the top reasons they came in. Carolyn Tamler reported her findings to the city council Dec. 15. She said 50 surveys were completed during a November meeting of business owners that yielded 13 common priorities. Among them were adding events to local calendars, identify needed businesses in the city, filling vacancies, operating on common hours and having longer hours.
