“Living with Loss” is a six-week seminar designed to help a person work through the normal and needed process of grief that follows the death of a loved one.

The seminar is facilitated by the Rev. Dave Bieniek, Bereavement Coordinator for Home Health Care & Hospice of Whidbey General Hospital. With the use of videos and group discussion, the class will explore ways of coping with life’s changes, ways to remember a loved one, and ways that lead toward growth and healing.

Registration is open for the summer session which will take place from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Tuesdays, July 24 to Aug. 28, in Conference Room A of Whidbey General Hospital. To register or for more information. call Dave Bieniek at 678-7656, ext. 8245.
