I-1068, the Marijuana Reform Act, removes all civil and criminal penalties for marijuana for people over 18, except for DUI.

At this week’s meeting, organizers will learn how the campaign is going on Whidbey Island and across the state. They will also turn in signed petitions, get new ones and network with others.
