Whidbey students excel at University of Washington | KUDOS

Nearly two dozen students from the Langley area have been named to the dean’s list at the University of Washington for the spring quarter.

Nearly two dozen students from the Langley area have been named to the dean’s list at the University of Washington for the spring quarter.

From Clinton, the outstanding scholars are Caren Gloria Aguero (senior); Cole Bradley Erikson (sophomore); Hannah Ruth Levi (senior); Melanie Joan Murphy (sophomore); and Charlotte Grace Wilson (senior).

From Freeland, the super students are Chris Alan Bowers (sophomore); Matthew Nels Idso (senior); Samantha Rose Pope (junior); Patrick Grant Smith (senior).

From Greenbank, the academic standout is Kevin Allan McDonald (sophomore).

And from Langley, the honorees are Alexa Brierley Brewster (sophomore); Kelly Victoria Cammermeyer (junior); Dustin Mark Fairbrook (senior);  Casey William Fate (sophomore); Nathanial John Frei (senior); Christina Rene Hall (sophomore); Edward George Keimach (junior); Somer Arden Kreisman (senior); Jeffrey Seth Potter (senior); Bridget Connell Scott (senior); Eric Vanderbilt-Mathews (sophomore) and Rachael Wescott (senior).

To qualify for the dean’s list, a student must have completed at least 12 graded credits and have a grade point average of at least 3.50 out of 4.
