AnnaMae Haralson, 78, of Whidbey Island passed away April 8, 2006 surrounded by loving family and friends.

AnnaMae was born May 1, 1927 in Langley to Claude and Esther Furman.

She married Elvin Haralson on Dec. 13, 1944. They were happily married 61 years. They lived most of their years on Deer Lake Road in Clinton, where they raised their family of three daughters.

AnnaMae was preceded in the passing of husband Elvin on Sept. 25, 2005. AnnaMae is survived by two sisters, Claudine Evertt, and husband Warren, Noreen Warnock and husband Bob; daughters Judy Leidholm and husband Larry, Nancy Williams and husband Pat, and Sherri Templeton; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and special friends.

The Haralson family gives special thanks to Lorette and Bob Silver of the Whidbey House for their genuine loving care of AnnaMae.

Graveside memorial services will be announced at a later date.
