Barbara R. Hooper of Coupeville, widow of George Hooper, died Sunday, April 20, 2008 in Coupeville at age 80.

She was born on Feb. 15, 1928 in Toronto, Canada to Charles and Rosemond (Brainard) Stearns.

Barbara is survived by children Warren Phifer, J. Phifer, Lenny Phifer, Dennis Phifer, Ramona Patricelli and Greg Fine.

Barbara was cremated. A memorial service will be held at a later date with burial in Acacia Memorial Park in Seattle.
