Brandon Lee Korpe was born on April 19, 1981. He died on Jan. 22, 2011.

He is survived by his mother, Sharon and brothers Keith, Gary and Eric. He was preceded in death by his father, Bryan.

Brandon’s early years were spent in the Magnolia area of Seattle. His family moved to Whidbey Island in 1991.

He attended schools on South Whidbey. He began working at Group Health Hospital in Seattle while still in high school during his summer vacations. After graduating, he continued full-time. He also loved to landscape yards and businesses.

Brandon also loved all sports. He quoted stats for football, baseball, basketball and golf. He should have been an announcer. We loved him. He will be missed by all who knew him.

A memorial service for Brandon will be held at 2:30 p.m. Friday, Feb. 11 at Leif Erickson Hall, 2245 NW 57th St., Seattle.
