Bryan Keith Korpe, born Sept. 5, 1943, died Aug. 19, 2008.

He is survived by his wife Sharon and sons Keith, Gary, Eric and Brandon; brother Abe and sisters Kissy, Wendy, Marcy, Judy and Candy. He also leaves many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by brothers Ike and Gregory.

Bryan grew up in the Interbay/Magnolia area of Seattle and attended Queen Anne High School. He moved to Whidbey Island in 1991. He loved his life on Whidbey, after he retired from Teamster’s Local 174.

A memorial service for Bryan will be held from 1 to 4 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 27 at Leif Erickson Hall, 2245 NW 57th St., Seattle.
