Celeste Moll Murray was born Oct. 7, 1918 in Arlington, to a Pacific Northwest pioneer family. She died peacefully on Dec. 5, 2006 at Stevens Hospital in Edmonds.

Celeste was a proud University of Washington graduate and member of Alpha Chi Omega and PEO sisterhoood. She was happiest and spent many years at her Whidbey Island home.

She was preceded in death by daughter Mary Louise and husbands Irving Natale and Leonard Rich. She leaves behind son Thomas Natale of Kirkland, daughter Mia and her husband Tim Griffin of Seattle and three grandsons, Reed Griffin, Nick Natale and Joe Natale and her favorite four-legged friend Tag.
