1929 – 2013

John Martin was born and lived in Seattle and Kent, Wash., until retiring to the Sunlight Beach area of Whidbey Island in 1988.

He married his wife of 63 years, Genevieve (Jen) in 1949.

He is also survived by his daughters Jean and Jody, son Jim (Gloria) Martin; sister Molly (Ivan) Thompson and their family; several sisters and brothers-in-law and many nephews and nieces including Joy K Edwards and family of South Whidbey.

At his request there will be no service. His wish was that we all be good neighbors.
