Robert Grant Bryant, 73, died Nov. 8, 2003. He was born June 17, 1930.

He is survived by his wife, Virina; six daughters and their husbands, Pat and Gary Johnson, Cookie and Dehne McGinnis, Petite and Traynor Hunt, Dawn and Harvey Swamp, Lani and Hazen Anderson, and Verity and Bobby Sensano; two sons and their wives, Joseph Campos and Angela, and Tom Bryant and Rebecca; 16 grandchildren, Darren, Davin, Jonathan, Roddy, Nicole, George, Nicky Ray, Tihani, Sandra, Jonah, Jessica, Cole, Dane, Fulton, Bobbo and Layla; three great-grandchildren; a sister, Nora Jean, and her husband, Will Helton; two brothers, Jim Bryant and his wife, Barbara, and Dick Bryant and his wife, Celia; and seven nieces and nephews.

A celebration of his life will be Nov. 20 from 2 to 5 p.m. at the South Whidbey Eagles Lodge on Highway 525.
