Two South Whidbey Falcon baseball players made the all-Cascade Conference second team.

Colton Sterba and Jake Sladky, both juniors, were named to the all-league squad after conference coaches voted at the end of May. Sterba made the team as a pitcher with a 3-3 record for South Whidbey and a 2.95 ERA led by 37 strikeouts.

Sladky was a converted infielder who led the outfield as South Whidbey’s center fielder. He managed a .333 batting average as the Falcons’ second hitter.

Juniors CJ Sutfin and Nick Bennett were honorable mention, meaning they garnered at least one vote.
