Athletic packets for South Whidbey High School winter sports are due Thursday.

Winter sports — cheer, wrestling, boys basketball and girls basketball — cost $75.

The packet includes eligibility forms, proof of insurance, an athletic code agreement, emergency card information and a physical examination form.

A copy of the packet can be found on the school’s website, click the “Athletics” tab then the “Athletic Packet 2012-2013” tab on the right.Packets need to be submitted to the high school by Thursday, Nov. 8 for students to be eligible for the first day of winter sports tryouts and practice.

The first day of Falcon winter sports practices and tryouts will be Monday, Nov. 12.
