Ferry issues to be discussed tonight

The Clinton Ferry Advisory Committee will meet again this week to discuss the status of various issues that impact South Whidbey ferry riders.

The meeting, which is open to the public, will include an update on the “super summer surcharge,” the proposed reservation system and various other issues.

An opinion survey to guide further input to the Washington State Ferries will also be conducted.

The meeting is 7 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 27 at Useless Bay Golf & Country Club.
