Jim Freeman hosts festive poetry slam

The bi-monthly Whidbey Island Arts Council Poetry Slam returns to the Coupeville Library at 6 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 21.
All are welcome to share in this friendly, family fun. No poetic skill or experience is needed.
Conductor of Fun Jim Freeman will join with author and poet Molly Cook to share in the festivities. All in attendance will have the opportunity to receive gifts of questionable value from Freeman’s shed.
