South Whidbey parks board holds budget hearing

A special session to discuss the South Whidbey Parks & Recreation District budget for 2012 has been scheduled for 7 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 23.

The board of commissioners will meet at the South Whidbey Park District building at 5475 Maxwelton Road, Langley. It is open to the public.
