Langley offers tourism dollars

The city of Langley is accepting applications for funding of tourism development and promotion projects in the city, which has $5,000 to allocate at this time.

Recipients will be required to sign a contract with the city. The funding application and information is available at www.langleywa.org or at City Hall, 112 Second St. Applications will be accepted until 5 p.m. April 25.

The program accepts applications from any public or private organization with the ability to accomplish the proposed project, such as cultural, historical, heritage, educational, community or entertainment.
