Langley bluff workshop in the works

A workshop on the bluffs Langley sits upon is set for May 29.

Depending on weather and tide conditions, the workshop may include a walking tour of the shoreline to see the erosion.

Langley City Council discussed the possibility of bringing South Whidbey Fire/EMS Chief Rusty Palmer into the workshop. Secondary access to Wharf Street and the South Whidbey Harbor became a concern after the Cascade Avenue landslide in late March.
