South Whidbey Fire/EMS will graduate 18 volunteer EMTs from the department’s EMT program on Saturday.
The crop of volunteers all managed to pass their EMT exams back in May, and are now on the verge of officially being EMTs.
“It doesn’t often happen that all participating trainees pass their exams,” South Whidbey Fire/EMS Division Chief Wendy Moffatt said at May’s monthly board meeting.
