Bliss Hair Studio celebrates birthday

Bliss Hair Studio & Day Spa will hold its one-year birthday bash on Wednesday, April 13.

The Langley shop will have specials on services, and is also offering chairside facials, chair massages, hair treatments and make-up consultations.
