Whidbey SeaTac Shuttle has announced it will offer free island shuttles on Sundays through the holiday season.

“By providing this free service, this is our way to say ‘thank you’ to the residents and merchants of Whidbey Island for seven years of support of our business,” said Mike Lauver of Whidbey SeaTac Shuttle.

The free “Island Shopping” shuttle will run on Sundays starting in late November, and will run through the Sunday before Christmas. Stops will include the Clinton Ferry Terminal, Langley, Freeland, Greenbank Farm, Coupeville and Oak Harbor. Shuttles will arrive at each stop about every 90 minutes.

The company will also place a donation box in the shuttle, with all donations going to a local charity.
