LETTER TO THE EDITOR: Candidate could not be incompetent

To the editor:

Let’s elect Angie Homola…NOW!

Bakke and McDowell have stooped to very low levels to try to keep their commissioner dynasty intact. There is something fishy here.

It seems hard to believe that the Angie Homola, Island County commissioner candidate, a cum laude Washington Sate University school of architecture graduate, licensed in two states to practice architecture a four-day exam 40 hours long with nine parts, a minimum three-year internship following a five-year degree), recipient of the Golden Acorn volunteer service award in our school district, creator of a non-profit that seeks watershed protection and salmon restoration and sleuth of county and city documents was “professionally incompetent” at plan review.

I hope you will all join me in voting in Angie Homola as Island County Commissioner. Let’s break up the ol’ boys’ network!
