I just wanted to send a note along to let other people know what a superb play I think “Other Desert Cities” is.

Whidbey Island Center for the Arts has put on a real winner. The set is perfect, the writing soulful and the overall staging of this gem was so well done.

I want to especially thank the cast for making each of the characters so real and actual in that moment. This is what theatre is all about.

Deana Duncan, Shelley Hartle, Heather Ogilvy, Andrew Grenier and David Mayer made this play fly for me.

As for the “general rabble” out there, do not miss it.
