What happened! Did the computers break down again?

The housing market is down 10 percent island-wide — more in some areas. Houses are taking an average of six-plus months to sell on the island.

Is the assessor’s office aware of this? Our 2009 assessment went up 48 percent. Yes, 48 percent on our property in a weak housing market!

We are at a loss. People — let’s get together and make some changes here. Impeachment comes to mind.
