‘Wind in the Willows’ opens 2014-15 Children’s Theater season

Whidbey Children’s Theater will open its 2014-15 season with a production of “The Wind in the Willows.”

Whidbey Children’s Theater will open its 2014-15 season with a production of “The Wind in the Willows.”

The play follows the adventures of Mole, Ratty, Badger, Mr. Toad and their woodland friends as they forge companionships, brave storms and save Toad Hall from deceptive weasels and ferrets.

The show opens at 7:30 p.m. Nov. 14 and will run at 7:30 p.m. Nov. 15, 21 and 22 as well as Nov. 16 and 23 at 2 p.m.

The Whidbey Children’s Theater is located next to Langley Middle School. Tickets can be purchased online at whidbeychildrenstheater.org or at the box office.

Tickets cost $15 for adults, $12 for seniors and $8 for students.

There will be a special Family Show at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 22 for which all tickets will cost $8.

No babes in arms or late seating will be permitted.
