The Rev. Patty Becker will speak on “A matter of time” at 10 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 17, at Unity of Whidbey, 5671 Crawford Rd. off Highway 525.

Unity members talk about divine timing as though a supreme being determines when things come into manifestation in people’s lives. Time, in fact, is an illusion of their own making created to satisfy the need for structure and order. Becker will address the issue of time and how it affects our sense of ourselves as spiritual beings within a physical world.
