At 8:35 a.m., a Harbor Avenue resident reported that an old-fashioned luggage trunk was left at the front door.

At 2:19 p.m., a Heller Road resident reported that a man with tattoos “from neck to toe” stole a car with all her belongings.

At 4:38 p.m., a resident of Northwest Grace Street reported that someone stuck Kraft cheese slices all over his car and put food coloring in the swimming pool.

At 8:13 p.m., a driver reported that a woman was lying on the ground and blocking the entrance to a gas station on Highway 20.

At 12:16 p.m., a caller on Central Avenue reported an ongoing problem with a woman running through the yard.

At 12:32 p.m., a North Whidbey woman reported that her ex-boyfriend’s new boyfriend posted sexually explicit photos of the caller on Facebook.

At 2:40 p.m., a View Ridge Drive resident reported that he wanted to know if his wife was aware that the mafia was coming to get them.

At 4:23 p.m., a woman reported finding bones on a beach in the Langley area. Her husband is a paleontologist and said they could be human remains.

At 4:40 p.m., a caller reported that an alleged off-duty sheriff’s deputy behaved unacceptably to the caller on a trail in Skagit County.

At 7:10 p.m., a Beaver Creek Lane resident reported that EMTs forced her to go into an ambulance.
