The Fishin’ Club presented their 2016 scholarships to three Whidbey Island students earlier this month.
Each student received $1,500 from The Fishin’ Club. This year’s recipients are Zoe Tapert, a 2016 South Whidbey High School graduate, Noah Zuniga, a 2016 Oak Harbor High School graduate and Josie Dodd, a 2015 South Whidbey graduate. Dodd is a two-time $1,500 scholarship recipient.
