Former islander plans a May wedding

Al and Mary Jane Heggenes of Twisp, formerly of Whidbey Island, are proud to announce the upcoming marriage of their daughter, Stacey Heggenes, to Tram Bowen, formerly of Ellensburg.

Al and Mary Jane Heggenes of Twisp, formerly of Whidbey Island, are proud to announce the upcoming marriage of their daughter, Stacey Heggenes, to Tram Bowen, formerly of Ellensburg.

The couple will be married May 8 on the beach in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, with their family and close friends by their side. A reception will follow on June 6 in Yakima.

Upon graduation from South Whidbey High School, Stacey attended Central Washington University and graduated with a degree in psychology, followed by a masters degree in 2004. She works as a clinical supervisor for Good Samaritan Behavioral Health.

Bowen is the son of Byron and Shirley Bowen of Ellensburg.

After Bowen’s high school graduation in Ellensburg, he went on to become assistant vice president at Frontier Bank in Sumner.

Following their marriage, the couple will continue to reside where they currently live in Graham.
