Island County approves WRAC appointees

The Island County commissioners appointed two new members to the Water Resource Advisory Committee and reappointed another Monday.

The Island County commissioners appointed two new members to the Water Resource Advisory Committee and reappointed another Monday.

Gary Ehrenfeld, representing North Whidbey, was appointed to Position 6. John Lovie, representing South and Central Whidbey, was appointed to Position 11. And Julius Budos, representing Camano Island, was reappointed to Position 3.

The twelve-member committee makes recommendations to the board of commissioners on the management and improvement of county’s water resource plans and programs.

All terms are four years.
