Langley Mystery Weekend came to a close with three grand prize winners and 15 other award recipients.

The top prize went to Chris Collier of Seattle; Kristen Decker of Normandy Park took second; and third went Garrett Hallmark of Everett.

Other winners include: Kyle Yund of Marysville, Bryan Simpson of Kirkland, Kate Hokanson of Seattle, Debby O’Brien of Maple Valley, Chuck Treser of Seattle, Mike Holt of Brier, Peggy Grandke of Kirkland, Glenn Fukura of Bothell, Carrie Duggan of Langley, Linda Knutson of Duvall, Tanzi Blackmer of Oak Harbor, Scott Berger of Marysville, Grace Myint of Seattle, Melissa Henning of Bothell and Karissa Sandstrom of Port Orchard.

For 13-year-old winner Kyle Yund, the mystery this year was more difficult because of the number of suspects and variety of their storylines. This was Yund’s second year participating in the event.

“There’s more creativity,” he added.

Winners who were not present for the reveal on Sunday will be mailed their prizes.

Next year’s Mystery Weekend will be held Feb. 21 and 22, 2015.
