Joan Soltys/staff photo Automobile fanciers will welcome the return of the fourth annual South Whidbey Lions Club Classic Sports Car and Hot Rod Show, set for Saturday, Sept. 16, at the Island County Fairgrounds in Langley.On display will be classics of all vintages, foreign and American cars, muscle cars and trucks, and motorcycles from around the world. If you have a special car to enter, it’s not too late — call 321-4112 for a registration form.The show opens at 9 a.m. for the public (no pets please). Food and drinks will be available. Admission is $3; children under 12 are free.Proceeds from the show go to the Lions Club, which sponsors a visual aid and glasses program.
