Roughly 150 Puget Sound Energy customers in the Langley area lost power Tuesday night due to a downed line.
The outage occurred about 6 p.m., and work crews restored power by 11:30 p.m., a PSE spokeswoman said.
As of Thursday, 9,906 ballots were counted and an estimated 30 were left to tabulate.
