The South Whidbey School District board of directors is continuing its round of site visits with meetings at South Whidbey Academy and South Whidbey High School this week.

The board has already met with staff at the elementary and middle schools as well as with transportation, maintenance and district office employees.

The purpose of the casual visits is to thank these employees for their work and to celebrate district-wide accomplishments.

The board met with South Whidbey Academy staff at 2:40 p.m. Monday, Feb. 23 and will meet with high school staff at 7 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 25.
