Whidbey Island Conservation District to hold open house

Alexander St. Time for networking and refreshments begins at 4 p.m. An awards presentation for outstanding cooperators and partners begins at 4:30 p.m. followed by an overview of the budget and work plan for fiscal year 2016.

The Whidbey Island Conservation District will hold its annual open house next month.

The open house is a chance for the public to learn more about the district, meet staff and supervisors, and join in honoring the accomplishments of several island residents, according to a recent news release announcing the open house.
