Eleanor ‘Sue’ Egan passed away Sept. 20, 2020.

Eleanor Jane French, born Jan. 25, 1925, in Belle Fouche, S.D., to Victor and Delia French, passed away from natural causes Sept. 20, 2020, at her home at Maple Ridge in Freeland, Wash. She was 95.

Eleanor grew up in Alva, Wyo., and attended Sundance High School.

She is predeceased by husband, Thomas (Ray) Egan, and sister, Naomi Jean (French) Rounds.

She is survived by stepchildren, Dennis Egan of Coupeville, Wash, Doreen (Egan) Reed, of Airway Heights, Wash., and David Egan, of Redmond, Wash.; nieces, Grace (Rounds) Semple, of San Diego, Calif., and Teddy (Rounds) Jeffery, of Sturgis, S.D.; and nephews, Kelly Rounds, of Cheyenne, Wyo., and Todd Rounds, of Murrieta, Calif.

Eleanor enjoyed bowling, worked as a secretary and was active with her husband in the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary.
