Elsie Mary (Covi) Mullinaux was born in March 1929 in Arvada, Colorado, a twin and the youngest of eight children to parents Simone and Mabel (Graiff) Covi. She was called home to God on Tuesday, November 14, 2023, in Freeland, WA.
