Michael Case-Smith aka Mr. Pumpkin, of Oak Harbor, passed away on Nov. 10, 2023. An open house reception for him will be held at Wallin-Stucky Funeral Home in Oak Harbor on Dec. 9, 2023 from 1-4 p.m.
