The three girls will join fellow Falcon Riley Newman, the defending boys 2A tennis champ, at the University of Washington’s Nordstrom Tennis Center on May 28-29.

In their final match, Craig and Iversen beat Bella Hoyos and Megan Mullarky of Bellingham 6-1, 6-2.

“They never lost more than three games in any of their matches; they clearly dominated their opponents,” said Falcon coach Tom Kramer.

O’Sullivan saved her best play for districts, winning her final match 2-6, 6-2, 6-2 against the third-seeded player from Burlington-Edison, Anna Lefebvre.

As a team, South Whidbey ended up in third place out of 10 teams. Bellingham led with 18 points, Squalicum had 17 and the Falcons had 16.
